Beautiful location, great setting, not far from the beach. Complimentary car parking and comfortable clean rooms
-
Very clean, friendly comfortable hotel, good food, wonderful views.
-
The hotel is beautifully situated, comfortabl and well kept. We found the staff to be excellent - very attentive and friendly. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but that was very good.
-
We had an excellent work christmas party, stayed afterwards and walked from the hotel on the cliffs and beach the next morning. Ideal!
Beautiful grandfather clock at bottom of stairs with fabulous chimes, but better in daylight hours than through the night, ... we were in room 12 at the top of the staircase, and heard it regularly chime the 1/4, 1/2 , 3/4 and hour through the dark hours, lovely sound but would rather not have heard it. Great room otherwise and fantastic food and staff.
-
The staff are lovely and friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean, and bright. The food is wondeful. Overall we will stay here again, and bring the rest of our family.
-
Rooms were lovely, clean nd spacious. Staff were very efficient nd friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the dining hall lovely and airy, with beautiful views!
If I had to make one recommendation, it would be to change year check in time (15:00hrs is very late for someone travelling from london, who w wld like to be able to freshen up after a long journy).
-
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the hotel with excellent food, views and comfortable and spacious bedroom.
The menu did not change each day but we expressed that opinion to the management and received a satisfactory answer.
-
90 percent very good
A really good firm bed but pillows let down the comfort, new pillows needed. Also central light needed to be brighter
-
Fantastic food views pool area and access to coastal footpath
-
Very welcoming friendly staff and quality brreakfasts. Good location although out of season still good amenities and excellent value for money
-
Friendly staff and very good breakfast.
Slightly oldfashined and dated rooms.
-
Excellent facilities, friendly staff and very good food. Lovely position close to the sea and newquay. Good value for money
-
Very friendly staff. Our room was looked after well.
As we were out of season the hotel was very quiet. In the evening there was nobody in the bar,
-
A very relaxing friendly hotel. Good value for money and extremely clean. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would use it again thank you
-
location, good staff, cleanliness.
car parking inadequate for size of hotel, as villas also on site had own allocated spaces.
